LOCAL ELECTIONS
While our work might not be as flashy as presidential elections, it is nonetheless important. Local elections have a lot more impact than most people realize. They also have the ability to be much more easily swayed, meaning your support or lack of support could play a huge role in the outcome.

ANYONE IS WELCOME TO JOIN
H.E.R.E. is here to bring people together, not to create further divide. Regardless of race, faith, gender identity, or background, we would be happy to work with you either as a volunteer or a candidate. The only thing you need to do is believe in and support the 6 principals of Housing, Education, Rights, Environmental Protections, Grassroots, and Unity.

TIME OVER MONEY
While we do provide opportunities for you to support us financially, we are not here for money. Rather, our goal and hope from people reading this is to convince them to dedicate their own time and energy to a worthy cause.
VOLUNTEERING​
There are many ways to get involved, but one of the key ways that we ask from you is to simply volunteer your time and energy. Now, we recognize that is a big ask, and so, we have designed a variety of tasks so that you can choose which one fits you the best. Whether you prefer face to face interaction or long distance work, we have something for everyone.
